CEO Joel Hagan, CTO Ben Pirt and Sales Director Neil Farish will be attending the annual DistribuTECH conference at the Convention Centre in San Diego, California, from 3rd to 5th February. Onzo will have a presence at the Tendril stand (booth 2044) at the conference.

DistribuTECH brings together the leading designers of automation and control systems, IT, transmission and distribution engineering and water utility technology. This year the focus is very much on advanced metering technology, and the development of the smart grid which Barack Obama has made a priority of his presidency.

A week later, from 9th to 13th February, the ZigBee Alliance holds its annual members meeting in the Radisson SAS St Helen’s Hotel in Dublin, Republic of Ireland. Chief Technology Officer Ben Pirt will be participating in the meeting and Onzo has a stand at ZigBee’s exhibition on 13th February, when we will be providing the latest information about our products and services.

Onzo became a Participant in the ZigBee Alliance in November. This brings together major technology-based companies cooperating to offer reliable and cost-effective wirelessly networked products based on an open global standard. Working with ZigBee will enable Onzo to develop rapidly a range of innovative energy products that work with a smart metering infrastructure.
