Onzo speaking at Smart Grid Technology Conference 2010

Joel Hagan, Onzo’s CEO, is speaking at Smart Grid Technology Conference 2010 which runs from June 2nd to 3rd in San Diego’s Sheraton Hotel. The Smart Grid Technology Conference will be an opportunity to meet with some of the leading experts in the industry to discuss why and how smart grid technology should be implemented.
Joel will be talking at the session titled “Create Customer Value by Integrating Usage Data with In-Home Displays” on June 2nd. It is a chance to learn about the benefits and potential of home energy management technology to enable consumers to drive down energy bills and shift peak load from the grid.

Onzo responds to the Australian government’s Task Group for Energy Efficiency

Onzo has responded to the Task Group for Energy Efficiency set up by the Prime Minister of Australia. The aim of the group is to provide recommendations on the most economically, environmentally effective and socially inclusive energy efficiency mechanisms that can deliver a step-change improvement in energy efficiency by 2020 and place Australia at the forefront of OECD energy efficiency improvement. The Task Group released its first Issues Paper that sets out the key issues on which they would value comments. More.
