Nick Hunn Joins Onzo as Chief Technical Officer
Onzo, the world’s leading expert in energy analytics, today announces the appointment of Nick Hunn to the role of Chief Technical Officer. The role will see him take responsibility for the technical direction and development of Onzo’s utility data monitoring and analysis tools.
Nick brings a wealth of wireless technology experience to the role. He has founded two successful start-up companies. The first – Grey Cell Systems, was founded in 1990, and acquired by TDK in 1998. He then took on the position of managing director of TDK Systems Europe until 2004, before undertaking a successful MBO to form Ezurio – a short range wireless technology manufacturer, which was acquired by Laird Technologies in 2009. He subsequently set up WiFore consulting, specialising in M2M and wireless systems, as well as holding the post of vice chairman at the Mobile Data Association.
