Onzo’s software offers utilities intelligence and flexibility in building more valuable customer relationships.

Onzo’s modular software covers a range of functionality:

Back-end Data Processing – takes existing and new data inputs and manages the information. It is designed to be integrated with a utility’s existing enterprise systems.

Behaviour Change – provides a range of consumer engagement, encouragement and incentives anchored in behaviour change research, with outputs varying by touchpoint to maximise the advantages of each consumer channel. Outputs include graphing, personalised advice and comparisons across groups.

Inference Analysis – applies intelligent analysis to base electricity data. To date, Onzo has developed appliance inference to identify individual appliance usage in whole house data and has a programme of development to extend inference into other areas.

Customer Profiling – will help utilities analyse and segment their customer base and gain a greater understanding of their individual customers.

Customer Services - from a utility perspective, improves and enhances the identification and resolution of issues that affect the customer.

Heating and Cooling (HVAC) Optimisation - currently in development, this will provide intelligent optimisation of heating and cooling within residential properties.
